Cancellation Policy

ID proofs are mandatory for all. It is mandatory for guests to present valid Govt id address proof at the time of check-in.
Children are the responsibility of their parents and must be accompanied by and be under parental guidance at all times. If a child (a person under 16 years of age) arrives at the hotel, they will not be permitted to stay unless accompanied by an adult.
Shoes and pointed heels are not allowed within the villa.
Pets are not allowed .
Smoking inside the villa including bathrooms is strictly not allowed. Free to smoke at gazebo and pool Deck only.
Hookah and Shisha are strictly to be consumed at the pool deck and gazebo only.

100% deposit upon confirmation of accommodation only, additional charges to be paid before departure.
Credit cards are accepted.
