Check-In & Check-Out

• Standard Check-In Time: 01:00 PM 
• Standard Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM 
• Early Check-In and Late Check-Out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Guest Identification

• Valid Government-issued Photo ID is mandatory for all guests at the time of check-in. 
• Guests without valid identification may not be permitted to check in. 
• Children below 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Security Deposit

• A refundable security deposit of ₹5,000 is required at the time of arrival. 
• The deposit will be refunded upon departure after inspection of the property and verification of any damages or outstanding charges.

Property Usage Guidelines

• Guests are requested to respect the property, furnishings, and facilities at all times. 
• Rearranging, removing, or relocating furniture, equipment, or property belongings without prior permission is strictly prohibited. 
• Any damage caused to the property, furniture, fixtures, equipment, or amenities will be charged to the responsible guest.

Swimming Pool Rules

• Swimming Pool Timings: 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. 
• Guests use the swimming pool entirely at their own risk. 
• Children must remain under adult supervision while using the pool. 
• Management shall not be responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings within the pool area.

Food & Kitchen Policy

• Kitchen Timings: 08:00 AM to 11:00 PM. 
• Food will be served only in the designated dining area. 
• Guests using kitchen facilities must follow all safety and cleanliness guidelines. 
• Additional charges may apply for self-cooking or kitchen usage as per property policy.

Noise & Music Policy

• Loud music, DJs, and amplified sound systems are permitted only until 10:30 PM in accordance with local regulations. 
• Guests are requested to maintain a peaceful environment and avoid disturbing neighboring properties.

Smoking, Hookah & Alcohol Policy

• Smoking inside rooms, bathrooms, indoor areas, and enclosed spaces is strictly prohibited. 
• Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor smoking zones. 
• Hookah and Shisha consumption is allowed only in approved outdoor areas such as gazebos, pool decks, or designated lounges. 
• Guests must dispose of smoking materials responsibly.

Children Policy

• Parents and guardians are fully responsible for the safety, supervision, and conduct of children throughout their stay. 
• Children must not be left unattended in the swimming pool area, gardens, terraces, or recreational spaces.

Pet Policy

• Pets are not permitted on the property unless explicitly approved in writing by management.

Liability & Damages

• Guests shall be held responsible for any damage, loss, theft, or misuse of property caused by themselves or members of their group. 
• Full payment for damages must be settled before departure. 
• The property reserves the right to recover additional costs, including legal expenses, arising from damages or misconduct.

Personal Belongings

• Guests are solely responsible for their personal belongings, valuables, cash, jewelry, electronics, vehicles, and equipment. 
• Management shall not be liable for any loss, theft, damage, or misplacement of personal items during the stay.

Payment Terms

• 100% advance payment is required to confirm the reservation. 
• Any additional expenses incurred during the stay must be settled before check-out. 
• Credit Cards, Debit Cards, UPI, Bank Transfers, and Digital Payments are accepted. 
• Applicable GST and government taxes will be charged as per prevailing regulations.

Management Rights

• Management reserves the right to refuse admission, terminate a stay, or remove guests who violate property rules, engage in illegal      activities, create disturbances, or compromise the safety and comfort of others. 
• By confirming your reservation and staying at the property, you acknowledge and agree to abide by all terms and conditions stated above.

Management Rights

• The management reserves the right to refuse admission or request a guest to leave the premises for misconduct or violation of resort policies.
